​​​A retired Executive Law Enforcement Professional with an extensive background in training and professional development. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Thomas Edison State University. She is a U.S. Army veteran who served 9 years with the NJ Army National Guard. She deployed to Iraq twice, where she served as Finance Support Team NCOIC, Financial Management Budget Analyst, and the Physical Fitness NCOIC for her Unit. She was honorably discharged at the rank of Staff Sergeant (E6) in 2010.

Dimitri is an enthusiastic leader with a passion for empowering others to reach their full potential. She served as the Training Unit Commander for the Camden County Department of Corrections and has led the Basic Training Courses for County Corrections Police Officers and County Juvenile Detention Officers at the Camden County College Police Academy. She also served as a Master Resiliency Trainer for the New Jersey Officer Resiliency Program. Dimitri retired as a County Corrections Police Captain after 20 years of service with the Camden County Department of Corrections.
